What personal data do we collect and from where?

User-generated content and netiquette

“User-generated content” refers to all content created or uploaded by users, such as images and comments.

Hoper reserves the right to use and publish such content without time limitation. By submitting content, you transfer the rights to Hoper without compensation.

You are responsible for the content you post, and it does not fall under publisher liability. Anonymity cannot be guaranteed.

Content must not include:

  • hate speech or offensive material;
  • defamation, threats, or harassment;
  • encouragement of criminal activity;
  • illegal violence depictions or pornography;
  • copyright infringement;
  • viruses or spam;
  • harmful code;

Hoper may remove content or restrict users and may take legal action in serious cases.
